Ticket purchases

All tickets are issued in the name of the registered member. Tickets requiring verification (student, staff, or invited guest) will remain pending until the committee confirms eligibility.

Refunds

Orders declined during verification will be refunded to the original payment method. For voluntary cancellations, please contact the committee at least seven days before the event to request a cancellation.

Data protection

We collect the minimum necessary personal information to deliver the event, communicate updates, and comply with venue policies. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and never stored on KULSA systems.
